The expansion of ULEZ to cover the whole of Greater London is the wrong scheme at the wrong time. It’s being implemented to fill the financial hole in TFLs finances and as a vanity project for Sadiq Khan’s C40 profile.
It is going to cause a lot of people a lot of misery and hardship. People will feel forced to dispose of perfectly good vehicles under the use that they are poisoning the air, this is simply not true.
People will be unable to afford to go about their daily business, to work, rest or play, to visit relatives, to attend hospital appointments or to take part in leisure activities.
