This will affect the poorest people the most as they can’t afford to buy new vehicles and scrapping perfectly good cars makes no economic or environmental sense.
You are compliant, but what about your plumber, your babysitter, your carer? They will have to put their prices up to visit you.
Once the cameras are up and most vehicles are compliant, the revenue goes down and you will be charged regardless.
