Merton council have actively welcomed ULEZ in to our borough , they have not consulted residents.
They have made no efforts to advise or inform residents in any way. They are introducing by stealth.

The small minority of councillors have tried to resist and advise but are overwhelmed by resistance from other councillors who simply are not working for their constituents.
The 19th is the next full council meeting, so we MUST DEMONSTRATE THE POWER OF FEELING .
